Ayg\u00fcl \u00d6zkan<\/strong>: Ich habe mich riesig gefreut. Das ist ein wahnsinnig gro\u00dfer Schritt hin zur Normalit\u00e4t.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Kamala Harris ist eine Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, die eine gewisse \u00dcberzeugung transportiert und den sozialen Aufstieg nicht nur verspricht, sondern verk\u00f6rpert<\/u>. Sie ist ein Role Model, eine Person aus der Mitte der Gesellschaft, die sich hochgearbeitet hat und viel politische Erfahrung mit in ihr Amt bringt. Auf einer zweiten Ebene ist das nat\u00fcrlich ein wichtiger Schritt f\u00fcr ein Land, das sich als Einwanderungsland versteht. Wir haben zuletzt bitter erfahren m\u00fcssen, dass es trotzdem Rassismus und Diskriminierung in schwerster Form gibt. Das kann nur \u00fcberwunden werden, wenn die F\u00fchrungsspitze eines Landes genauso divers ist wie die Bev\u00f6lkerung. Und nat\u00fcrlich geht es bei Kamala Harris nicht nur um die Herkunft ihrer Eltern, sondern auch darum, dass sie die erste Frau in dem Amt ist. Dass sie die gl\u00e4serne Decke an dieser Stelle durchbrochen hat, eine Barriere – die es viel zu oft noch in Politik und Wirtschaft gibt.<\/span><\/p>\n
