Furchtbar! Als ich nach Barcelona kam, wurde mir die Stadt als ein gl\u00e4nzendes Beispiel f\u00fcr eine smarte Tech-City pr\u00e4sentiert. Cisco und McKinsey testeten, wie man digitale Dienstleistungen anwenden kann \u2013 das Problem war nur, dass sehr viele Fragen der Verwaltung nicht angesprochen wurden und nicht gesagt wurde, dass alles privatisiert wurde. Die Tech-Firmen, allen voran\u00a0Googles<\/a>\u00a0Schwesterfirma Sidewalk Labs, pitchen ihre Visionen von der Smart City bei den Regierungsverantwortlichen. Und viele Politiker verstehen schon technisch gar nicht, was sie sich da einhandeln. Wenn man die Infrastruktur einer Stadt von Privaten organisieren l\u00e4sst, dann gibt der Staat nicht nur Gestaltungshoheiten ab, sondern nimmt sich langfristig die Chance jeder Form von Gestaltung.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
